Is it some unwritten law of the universe that when you have a day you can sleep in.....you can't/don't? I'm finally over the coughing and can actually get some much needed sleep, but I've been awake since 6:30. Normally, I can blame these situations on the poodle and his walnut-sized bladder. Today it's just me.....and the wicked headache (a combination of a stiff neck and sinuses) that has me feeling kind of green around the edges. I hope it passes before too long.
Not a lot going on today other than church tonight. I need to do some cleaning and laundry and of course, there is church tonight.
Tomorrow we're meeting up with our son and his family to go to a huge Christmas store. It has an amazing walk-through display of decorated trees. We are pretty excited about showing it to our granddaughter. On the flip side....I'm also pretty nervous about the whole day. It will be the first time I've seen our daughter-in-law since the poo hit the fan in October. Can't help wondering how it will go since we've never really connected anyway. I will be walking on eggshells for sure.

I'd answer your question, but I woke at 4:30 and haven't been back to bed since. Hoping for a good nap a little later...
Prayers for calm tomorrow.
Stacy, try to get some naps in if you can. When I'm sleep deprived AND feeling sick, I want someone to take me out of my misery. It'll be very interesting to hear how things go with the whack job your D.I.L. tomorrow :) Sending you lots of hugs.
I say, 'Stomp the egg shells falt.'
Sorry you're feeling green. As Kermit would say, "It ain't easy!"
Sleeping in must be forbidden. The phone rang to wake us this morning.
I said a prayer for God's hand on your family gathering. I don't know the details or what guidance is needed, but I know that God does!
