It's Okay Tuesday - Let's Get Physical

On Tuesdays I've taken to joining in with Whispering Writer on a an idea she borrowed from Glamour Magazine. She calls it It's Okay Tuesdays. It's when we can take a moment and tell ourselves that those quirky things we think and do are...well....OKAY!

Hey, it's okay....

...to have nearly puked on your trainer in your very first session.  He says it's good to know where the "line" is.  Yea..."line" established.

...to totally hate your trainer while you're sitting there with sweat pour off you, your head between your knees, and every thought focused on not getting sick.

...to admit your trainer is actually a pretty nice guy during your better moments...and that he's actually kind of hot (in a young-enough-to-be-your-son-you-old-perv kind of way) during your really good moments.

...to be ridiculously proud of yourself for sticking with your training and finishing the session....kind of like when Rocky runs to the top of those stairs...

Good for you for sticking to it. I am sure I would have puked on him, but hey if you had puked on him. He would really know where your "line" is lol. I am sure he would really not make your cross it next time.
