You Are Getting Sleepy, Very Sleepy

I'm sitting here struggling to keep my eyes open this morning after too little sleep (my own fault and the dogs wanting out at 3:00 a.m.)  The dull, grey dampness outside makes me want to crawl under a fluffy throw with the dogs on top and sink into a deep, peaceful sleep.  But, alas, it's not to be.

My Integration paper still demands my (fuzzy) attention.  I made good progress last night.  Not so much yesterday morning when I was excited and sharing the news about the new baby on the way.  Today, I am determined.  This paper will be finished before I go to bed tonight.  I can do it.  I must do it.  I must do it because the friend I am sharing it with needs a day to read it and mull it over and give me her feedback for yet another paper that is coming due.

Only 5 more classic Christian traditions (holiness, charismatic, social justice, evangelical, and incarnational) to expound on and explain how they might be used to help further someone else's spiritual formation.

Piece of cake!

No, seriously....anybody have a piece of cake?

Chocolate would help this whole thing go better.

Yeah, I know, I know.  I'm going.

it was FUNNY Stacy – really funny! And I'm not sure – but did I catch a pun in your "fuzzy" studying – with the bunny and all? Anyway you are studying amazing stuff – I've heart reading each and every one of those papers. Godspeed with your classes! I graduated seminary a long time ago. I'm smiling as I write all of this – and you're responsible for that. So thank you. God bless you and keep you in all of your studying – and all of your life.

I'm sleepy now, and I need to go downstairs to grade (science and reading) and cut paper.

Which to do first???

Sigh.

Sorry, no cake here today! I do not like being outside in the middle of the night, freaks me out. I don't know how people do backpack trips through the mountains.
