Saturday Share

Good morning!  It's another absolutely gorgeous day out there, though the missing humidity (I have NO idea who missed it.) is starting to make a comeback.  By Monday or Tuesday it should be 90 degrees with super high humidity.  Yea.  I'll be in the pool if you need me.

The library's used book sale preview is this morning at 10:00.  I'll be heading to that to get first shot at the good stuff.  Tim is, of course, working on the church.  Megan and Cody are heading out to pick up the new Harley Cody bought yesterday.  Megan's riding with Cody's mom and won't be riding with him until he's got a year of experience under his belt....surprisingly, that's their call, not mine.

Church is later and I have to go early to set things up for Communion.  Dinner afterward as always.

Do you have any plans for Fathers' Day?  None here.  I had a hard time just talking Tim into not working on the church.  Matt will probably call.  Megan will tell him Happy Fathers' Day, but she's planning to go away for the day with Cody, so....  I always made a big deal out of holidays, birthdays and anniversaries, I don't know how my kids got to be so un-sentimental about them.

Well, on to the Saturday Shares:

Joy in This Journey has some thoughts on What IS the church, anyway?

Gina has an interesting post called Blogging Can Save Lives: The Power of Transparency.

I'm thinking about joining the blog hop, 21 Words (or less) on Thurdays.  Whew!  That'll be a bit of a challenge for me.  LOL

Ann Voskamp has rounded up some great Fathers' Day links to bless the socks off the Dads...so I'm just going to point you in her direction.

And the Pinterest pin of the week:
