A "Magic" Saturday Share

Thunderstorms rumbled through for most of last evening and it's much more comfortable this morning.  Yea, for small graces!  Tim was up and out the door by 7:00 this morning.  He has scaffolding in place and several people to help him put up siding on the church.

I'm planning to meet my cousin and aunt (and any other family I can round up) for lunch.  My cousin is in town just for the day to see his mom.  Late for her birthday, I think.  Then later I'll be taking Tim's aunt to church with me.

There were a couple of requests for pictures yesterday so before I get to the Saturday Share links here are some shots of my office/den/craft room and Miss Daisy.  You'll notice the pictures I mentioned aren't currently on the walls in the office.  That's because I recently reframed some and bought frames for others that have never been hung.  I'm hoping to get Tim to help me hang them on Sunday.

I'm a toughy...I can handle this big bone!

Sunday napping with Daddy....who is going to kill Mommy for this picture.

What?  You leaved it on the floor.  It on the floor, it fair game.

Looking in from the doorway.....tooo much stuff!

My desk.  The bells belonged to Tim's mom...each granddaughter got some.

The closet curtains (Tim mounted a copper pipe and I used shower curtain
hooks), the rocking chair, and more books.

Okay, now we can get on with the links:

Darlene, the Time-Warp Wife, shares a painful story of a marriage betrayed and talks of the importance of covenant-keeping love.

Gina of Keepin' It Real shows us how to have influence with the younger generation by telling us 15 ways to guarantee they won't listen to us.

Are you spending a lot of time on Pinterest?  Do you long to create crafty things?  Are you completely clueless about Mod Podge...the (apparent) wonder of the crafting world?  Be clueless no more!  Mod Podge Rocks! is a site totally dedicated to Mod Podge crafts.  It rocks!

Tips4Mom.com has a great post about prayers waiting to hatch, complete with a wonderful list of egg related activities to drive the point home.

These farm boys got creative in their spare time.  Love it!

I just discovered Diane yesterday because she stopped by to visit my blog via Friday Fragments.  I did some reading over on her blog....she is warm and funny.  She had me laughing and nodding in agreement.  Give her a visit, you won't be sorry.

And finally, the Pinterest pin of the week:

LOL!  Have a great weekend!

Sandie...He might not be thrilled, but I hope he won't resort to murder. LOL

Wendy...Thanks. I love yellow...orange...red (fire colors), too. Daisy is a baby doll. :)

Ellen...Shhhh! Don't mention the farmer's tan. After all these years it's bugging him and he's hacking the sleeves off his t-shirts and spraying on the dark tanning oil. I asked him if he didn't think he already had enough risk of skin cancer as it is. The answer is, apparently not. X-p
